Children under siege - Brixton Child Abuse Victims Convicted at Old Bailey of Murder and Manslaughter Today.

Today (Wednesday 20 October 2010) two young Black English children (a 16 year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl) were convicted of manslaughter and murder at the Old Bailey - The highest Criminal Court in Britain.

This case has raised some uncomfortable truths about the behaviour of Brixton police where allegations of child sex abuse and assaults are made by ;Black English women and children.

This case has illustrated to the world that the police are actively at war and conflict with the Black English community. The systematic institutionalised racism complained about during the 90's Stephen Lawrence Judicial Inquiry, reared its ugly face again in this case.

These are the basics of the case. Earlier this year, (April 2010), rumours on the streets of Brixton, said that there was a man who had been accused of sexually molesting and raping several very young Black English females, and the police and Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) were deciding on what charges were to be brought against the perpetrator.

However, just days, before, the apparent murder, another rumour was circulating that the police and the CPS had decided not to pursue the child rapist. It was being said that the family of the child victim was attempting to negotiate with senior Brixton police and representatives of the CPS, to proceed with the case.

Unfortunately, the girl's family, had apparently heard that the CPS had decided against prosecuting the child molester, and were very upset. There was an increasing feeling in the Black community that the police were actively participating in an injustice against this child.

Rumours abounded that if the victim were white, or did not come from Brixton, the prosecution  would have
gone ahead. Many aired feelings of disgust, disbelief and horror at the idea that the were promoting the idea, that the Black English community 'accepted' child abuse and paedophilia as 'normal'.

People started to say that the dead man, 45-year-old, Robert Daley, "always had young girls going in and out" of his flat. Many of Daley's former school buddies, admitted that he had "form" where rape or child molestation was concerned. Drugs was also a strong element in this case.

There were also allegations that he operated as a police informant in exchange for immunity from crimes committed for his drug habit. People spoke about the young children being drawn into prostitution and drugs ring by by this man.

There was general agreement that Daley was a child abuser.

Therefore, no-one was surprised that this man had been killed. There was palpable disappointment when people heard that the female victim was directly involved. The vast majority of the public assumed that the police would take responsibility for the tragic turn of events.

People aired their anger at the unprofessional behaviour of the police. They wanted senior police officers and CPS staff either sacked and/or disciplined for gross misconduct, and then sacked.

The public were absolutely shocked and appalled to discover that the two children involved in the case, had not only been arrested, but had been charged for murder. The common feeling was that these charges were levelled against these two young Black English children, in a bid to cover-up their own incompetence, and to hide the fact that they had caused the killing in the first place.

It was also noted that certain white and Jewish members of the Home Office backed Lambeth Consultative Group, were not keen for any police action to be taken against Daley because of his role as a police informant. Therefore, questions were being asked about culpability of these white racists who peopled that group. Apparently "Everyone" knew that they and the Brixton police were 'tight' - they gave to nod to which cases were pursued and which were not.

People began to complain that if the victim was a Black English woman, the police would not bother. But if the 'victim' was white and 'middle class', they would bend over backwards to accommodate the victim, and find the culprit.

It was mentioned that an old white woman, called "Jane" - the chair of  Lambeth's Police Community Consultative Group, was a racist who wanted to run as the first elected police Commissioner for Brixton/Lambeth. It was constantly mentioned that she was constantly digging up dirt on Black people, defaming them, protecting paedophiles and "did not believe" that Black women or children could be victims of crime.

'Jane' worked closely with the wife of a racist Home Officer 'community'  manager called Charles Woodd. His wife, was in charge of Lambeth's victim support, so arrangements were very incestuous. All racist Home Officees together.

So today, the public were told that these two Black English children would be spending a long time in prison for the 'crime' of defending themselves. The community are up tight and angry, that the British government has so little control over Brixton's police, that they allow a group of racist white men and women, to get away with murder, yet again.

These two young children, have been horribly failed by the police, the local community, and wider society.

But the most worrying thing about this case, is that no-one seems to care, that this case illustrates that the local  police, and the British State, are at war with Black people. We imagine War to look like Kosovo, or Iraq, or Rwanda, no-one told us, that War, looks like the streets of Brixton, and that the belligerents look like 'ordinary' white men and women, or were elected councillors, or were even Black Chief Executives, or Irish,small-island, Nigerian or half-cast executives of the council.

No-one explained that librarians were part of insurgency of terror, used as a bulwark against Black English people. No-one explained that War looked like, not being provided public services, or being collectively punished and defamed.

No-one said that War Crimes, and Crimes Against Humanity were being carried out against Black English people in the heart of Brixton. How could that possibly be.

Crimes of Aggression and Genocide in Brixton ?

The 'confusion' lay in the fact, that the streets are not physically streaming with blood, and bombs and rockets aren't physically being let off. However, blood is being let, and bombs and rockets are being let of and there is no collateral damage. The damage and harm is real and permanent.

These two children are going to be sentenced on the 17th November 2010. We are adding these children to the list of Black English 'victims' of the British State.

They are indeed the victims of UK International recognised State Wrongs. The day of reckoning is nearing for the UK's Head of State. Mrs Windsor - here we come!
