OSCE agree to destroy surplus arms so criminals can-not get their hands on them

The Organisation for Security and Co-operation (OSCE) has come to an agreement whereby surplus arms will be destroyed, instead of kept in storage. The idea is to prevent these lethal weapons from getting onto the illegal market and into the hands of criminals and terrorists.

This is welcomed news, since there has been an increase in deaths of young people by shooting with small & light weapons in British cities. By extrapolation, this pattern would be repeated in other European cities.

The Forum for Security Co-operation, has acknowledged that small and light weapons (SALW) need to be controlled globally, as well as within the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) areas.

In areas of conflict, (whether obvious or not), these measures should be enhanced to prevent more deaths of non-combatants in fields of action. In both war zones, and increasingly within urban areas,  SALW's are 'gateway' weapons used to 'introduce' and 'ease'  inner city youth's into heavier weapons use.

With the increase in immigration and migration of people from these global trouble spots, we find an increased exchange of young semi-professional military personnel moving betwixt one theatre and another. It will make less and less difference if these 'trouble spots' are within urban centres of western cities or theatres of war in the middle east or Africa.

The drive will be the fundamental need for the young person to arrive at a 'psychological' and  physical 'hit'. Religion, for example, will only be the vehicle for arrival at this climax. Vulnerable, 'urban' young, who may be unemployed, and who have decreasing amounts of 'respect' for older people, will, only be attracted to gangsters and what appears to be their traditional 'elders' to learn about 'war'. Because of clear defineable perceived and real discriminations, and 'slights' the public will become more vulnerable to this phenomenon.

Therefore the machinations of the interactions between the young and older 'groomers', that lead to the use of weapons in urban areas of western cities, can lead to a 'repatriation' of a new generation of new-born religious or freedom fighting soldiers for no more complicated reason than to express ideologies around cultural glamour (sex), bravado (machismo) and heavenly reward in the 'after life' (copious sex).

When the Forum for Security claimed to have adopted:

 "...the first politically binding document imposing controls over the manufacturing, marking, record-keeping, export, import, brokering, management of stockpiles, reduction of surpluses and destruction of SALW.", in 2000, there were high expectations. These expectations were not reached and the growth of disaffected politically-ignored youth increased.

Thereafter, "The UN Programme of Action (UNPoA) to prevent, Combat and Eradicate the illicit Trade in SALW (UNPoA)" was enacted in 2001. And yet there is still easily accessible and enormous proliferation in the production of SALW's.

We hope that the OSCE's 'streamling' its work to:

 "complement the global fight against the illicit proliferation of SALW's and contribute to the implementation of the UNPoA", is more than lip service this time. Or else, we will see an increase in young people not only attracted to the glamour of the gun and the copper-head, but ready and eager to 'travel n trade' in that evil business of terror and harm.

Liberty's Shami Chakrabati aids and abets Crazy murderer Libyan Saif Ghaddaffi to obtain plageriarised PhD from Scandal-swamped London School of Economics.

Racist little brown girl Shami Chakrabati, director of Liberty, has been found to have assisted the son of corrupted anti-Black Libyan leader col Muamar Ghaddafi to receive his plagerised PhD.

Saif Ghaddafi went to the racist anti-Black London School of Economics (LSE) in the early 2000's.

Shami, who sits on the LSE's ruling committee, was assumed to have personally helped stupid Saif Ghaddafi, with his thesis on Human Rights, Civil Society and Democracy.

The head of the LSE has already resigned when it was discovered that he had gone to Libya to advise Libya on their civil service, and on cutting a few oil deals.

However, this has not satisfied the student body of the LSE, where many are stunned to discover that university's ruling council accepted £1.5 million, to help the idiot Saif  'pass' his thesis viva.

Ghaddafi had all of the LSE in so much awe, that he was confident enough to ask former UK government Permanent Secretaries to do his work, and write his dissertation for him. This was why he paid the LSE £1.5million. He also paid a large um of money to management consultancy firm Monitor to help him with 'advice' with his work. Some of the most senior former British civil servants work for Monitor, (based in America), and it was to these top men and Shami, that he turned to 'firm up' his 'work'. They all accommodated Saif Ghaddafi, so that he could 'turn some tight corners' and avoid doing any hard work himself.

Now the LSE are attempting to cover-up their corruption, by asking one of their most racist jewish mates, Lord Woolf, (who himself has middle eastern business interests) to "investigate" the case.

These people must be either outright mad, or sick in the head. As we speak, (Wednesday 23 Narch 2011), Libya is being torn to pieces by Ghaddafi and his son Saif. This de facto civil war, is the result of poor european international policy, which is driven by racism and a satanic thirst for oil.

The UN Security Council has, a few days ago, agreed to intervene with an air exclusion zone, and other necessary means, to prevent civilian injuries. However, this is a deception, since, having seen the ruthlessness of drug-crazed Saif up, close, the British know full well that the 'Ghaddafi' family are hardened gang-leaders, who will not go out, without spilling the maximum in blood.

Lets hope, Shami and her friends will be available to act as 'management consultants' to the dead and wounded, after Saif and his dad has finished with their corpses. This shameless little brown girl, who masquerades as a human rights defender, is no more than a racist asian, who will, as usual, do anything for money, especially if it involves  'interpretations' or acting actong as a 'middle-man'.

I hope Shami, Liberty, the LSE and MI6 (who laid on several MI6 body-guards for Ghaddafi junior - Saif-whilst he 'studied' in London),  can sleep at night and look themselves in the mirror in the morning.

Otherwise, it would not have been workth it!

The question is, what solutions does the British government intend to offer to Black English "West-Indian" Torture victims?

The UK's Black "West Indian" Rasta community have been further insulted by sending representatives of the British government to Libya, the middle east and other places of 'conflict' to advance the idea, that the British defend Human Rights. They emphasis their support for Freedom of Expression, and abhorrance to Torture. And yet, these are the very things that they not only actively promote and practice, but cover-up. The cover-ups include interventions in court proceedings from the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), as well as the Attorney General.

Former Foreign Secretary, David Miliband, went as far as personally intervene with judges, who were dealing with several Torture cases. However, these individuals were 'lucky', in that they were asians and muslims, who are seen as more photogenic and "acceptable" to the public.

Not one known Torture victim of Black "West Indians" or Rasta background or religion was 'allowed' to bring a case of Torture against the British government. Despite obvious evidence of Torture taking place in UK cities. Places such as Brixton in London, Nottingham and Birmingham are notorious for the regular 'disappearances' of Black people.

Illegal interventions can be as crude as telephone calls from the DPP office or simply from 'anonymous 'parliamentary staff', etc, to the courts. The outcome is that judges are in effect, (or even perhaps in collusion with persons unknown) ordered to 'dispose' of the Torture cases that involve "West-Indians" or "Rastas", in a way that favours of the government. In other words cases are thrown out. Denial of access to justice can even start pre-trial, by poor, wrong or no legal advice offered by solicitors and barristers.

 Examples of gross Human Rights abuses include crimes of aggression - such as regular attacks (police raids on homes), illegal "kettling" (such as 'containment') by the police;  permanent unemployment; forced slave labour;  forced slum, Rachman-style inhumane housing conditions; forced evictions if they complain;  disappearances; arbitrary detentions; trumped up charges and convictions;  physical & psychological Torture; planned displacements as well as genocide and ethnic cleansing.

This means that they are socially, economically, culturally and civilly excluded from participating in all aspects of life. This situation of conflict and oppression was recently emphasised by a Brixton Rasta Temple being bombed and tear-gassed by Lambeth police. The police then disappeared the Rastas by sending them for interrogation to special 'Terrorist' police stations across London, or to mental institutions. This was done without due process or access to legal advice.

Charges were trumped up at the last minute, whilst people were held for 15-24 hours without food, drink or access to a lawyer. Eventually, all charges were dropped, when it was found that the case involved corrupted judges,police and solicitors, who had colluded in a criminal joint enterprise to attack the Rasta community of Brixton.

Nothing was done by the British state to rectify the problem, or to arrest the criminals involved in the collusion. In plain language, the state refused to take up their responsibilities to protect Torture victims. No one in public office was arrested, charged or even interviewed for abuse of their role in public office.

And yet, despite this, prime minister David Cameron, was recently seen doing a 'walk-about' in the middle east whilst knowing full well that gross human rights abuses were happening in his own country. 

Where Black "West-Indians" are concerned, organisations such as Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, Interrights, etc, were, and have always been silent.

Amnesty International - headed by former London Mayor's Ken Livingstone former girlfriend, Kate Allen, has said nothing in regards to the treatment of Rastas, despite being notified and aware of the situation. However, she is very eager, to help "brown asian and muslims" who are lighter in complexion to Black people. Actions which show that she and Amnesty International, etc, are themselves racist, and anti-Black.

Parliament has produced the anti-slavery Act. An act, that completely ignores the descendants of slavery. Therefore making that Act, both incompatible with the Human Rights Act, as well as with international laws and conventions against racism, slavery, the descendants of African slaves, Torture, forced evictions, arbitrary detentions, enforced disappearances, religious discrimination, child abuse, violence against women, etc.

Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch have rightly called for the release of four arab Al Jazeera journalists, assumed tby Libya's col. Ghaddaffi, but have never asked for the release of one Black English man or woman of African-Caribbean descent. Why would they be so inactive where these "Black British" cases? The answer, they are anti-Black, anti-Black "West-Indian". 

Internationally, Britain already has questionable Human Rights credentials. Their reputation can only get worst, until they stop Torturing of Black "West-Indians" who are descendants of the slavery process.

The British government, its ministers and civil servants must acknowledge that they torture Black people, domestically rendition them and inflict actions that are aimed at the destruction of that community.  

There must be good financial and economic redress to the victims, and their off-spring. There must be a provision of funds for an international commission on the affects of slavery on that community, that has nothing to do with contemporary forms of slavery. There must be the installaton of several  'sensible' Black Rasta and "West Indian"  Diasporan ambassadors to represent the cause at the highest levels.

Finally, there needs to be discussions around the provision of land to permit the development of a country, where we can determine our own economic, social, cultural and  civil futures.

It is completely unacceptable for the British government to attempt to stymie as well as prevent the opening of discussions, by the brutal use and application of Torture to oppress and silence 'dissent' (i.e. Freedom of Expression) of those of us who come are 'the legacy of slavery' and the proven victims of the worst crime against humanity in the history of the world.

Outside of taking these actions, the British government, and all its agents, will continue to be seen as racist colonials, who are ripe for disrespect and contempt.

"West-Indian" Rastas & Nazarites at risk in the UK, across the middle east and Africa

We have heard over the past few weeks of Christians and their defenders being assassinated and attacked for their beliefs in the middle east and Africa. However, has anyone thought that the same tactics could be used in Britain on Black Britains?

History: 

"West-Indians" are a recognised national minority in the UK. 


The Rastafarians and the Nazarites (an orthodox Black Christian Priestly Order - the original adherents of Christianity, of whom Jesus, Joseph, Mary, John the Baptist, Boaz, Ruth, Samson, the Shulamite and [Israel] Jacob  are but a few examples) belief systems, are recognised as a legitimate global religious phenomenon. They believe that the Messiahs comes from the "House of Joseph and the Lamb of God", is Black and will always be Black.


All Nazarenes are Black, and originate from the sacred dual Houses of Osiris (The Sun) and Isis (The Moon), from which flows the ancient House of Joseph. 


This means that all world religions descend from the "House of Joseph and the Lamb of God". Hence the ubiquituous use of the axiom "Peace & Love".


Indeed, the Nazarites are a specially recognised and constituted Supreme Order who have an automatic place in world history and government. They are The Israelites (the famous Chemists of Axum ) referred to in the bible as the owners of the Ark of  The Covenant.


The words "Ras" and "Nazerene" are special honorary titles which hold a specially imperative status and role in world politics, religion and government. Bearing these facts in mind, it is obvious that not everyone can be or become a "Ras" or a "Nazar".


With Nazarites, both men and woman stand side by side. Uniquely, men and women genuinely hold equal status in this Order. However, only the most 'High', versed and educated individuals may enter. 


Unlike anywhere else in the world, the individual "chooses" for themselves to be a Nazarene. There is no coercion involved, a person enters this Order of their own free will and choosing.  There are no threats of lynching by the noose, death by the cutting of the throat or executions by shooting the victim 'in the head' or 'stilling the blood'.


This is the highly magnanimous and elite Order of Melchezedek - "King of Salem and priest of God", where the "Nazar" holds the triple role of royalty, priest and priestess. This is no simple task, and requires indefatigable tirelessness.  For the work, being constant, requires passionate vigilence, Knight and Dame.


Unfortunately, some miscontrue this openness as an open invitation to participate in matters, that they are neither prepared for nor understand. Hence, many are left dazed and confused by their experiences of 'Rasta', since, most are uninitiated 'tryers', fly-by-night opportunists or flat-foot criminals. 


Rastas:


First of all, let us clear a few things up. There is no such thing as a white Rasta. If you see a white man or woman with 'locks', masquerading as a 'Rasta', they are either mad or a confused junkie smearing the good name of the Rastafarians. Either way, it is a physical impossibility to be both white and a Rasta.


On the matter of the use of drugs, or specifically, marijuana, or "Kali Weed" the use (if used at all) is limited to eucharistic or sacramental purposes only. Any other use is prohibited. 


Since natural, 'weed' grows naturally (as God made it) in nature, and is unadulterated or contaminated. Limited use of pure marijuana, in religious ceremonies, is believed to carry Gods spirit. It is through the limited conduit of natural 'weed', that a Rasta may feel that they may attain a spiritual unity with God.


We see versions of this sacrament with the Hindus, Sikhs, the Bhuddists and the Catholics. Indigenous peoples across the world express their religiosity in the same way.


Around the world religious practitioners either inhale, smoke, drink or eat the holy sacrament as part of a eucharistic ceremony, this is no different.


However, because  raw racism, confusion over religious practice and the bad reputation of unregulated  'drugs'  in Europe, there is a widely held belief that  all Rastas 'live' on 'weed' day and night. 


This defamation, is baseless, since it is a lie against Black people who are genuine Rastas. In other words, Rastas have been tarnished and lied against for decades, on unfounded speculation, gossip, innuendo and odd police and Establishment-generated rumour.


These lies have subsumed reality.


I do not ignore that there are those who, for all the world, look, sound and apparently speak like Rastas, however, this does not a person so. If a criminal, or a miscreant decides to inveigle him or her self into a church, or religious gathering to misbehave, the whole group can-not be held accountable for that individuals actions.


What makes the issue of Rasta so controversial is the automatic 'connection' with crime. Indeed, Rastas have been defamed to such a degree, that they are now synonymous with crime. This is a great wrong.


Many Rastas have never taken drugs, much less marijuana. This in itself, may be for religious reasons. Many are vegetarians, or even vegans. In many instances, smoking and drinking alcohol are prohibited.


The eating of 'unclean' food ( e.g. Pork and shell-fish) is also prohibited. Many Rastas are 




Rastas are Black people, who are descendants of those stolen, kidnapped and enslaved during the world's worst crime against humanity - a process known by several terms. In particular, we call that most egrecious process "slavery", "the middle passage" or "The Black Holocaust". 

There is overlap in terms of history where Rastas and Nazarites are however, in both instances the names are "titles" within Orders, and they are in receipt of special protection  under both national and international laws and conventions.

However, the visible religious and racial minority communities of Rastas and the less well known Nazarites, have, over the past thirty years, been under a steady and sustained attack from the wider community, as well as the British state mechanisms.

They have been the unfortunate victims of aggressive attacks and "targeting" mainly based on outrageous homosexual bigotry, race, colour and religious hatred.

These attacks go way beyond the affects of institutionalised racism, hate-crimes, or bigotry. These attacks are of a nature, that can only be defined under crimes against humanity and genocide.

Firstly, if we examine the definition of "Minorities" - who are disadvantaged ethnic, national, religious, linguistic or cultural groups, who are smaller in number to the majority population of a society and who, as a result deprived of their ability to maintain and develop themselves. Then the Rasta and Nazarites fulfill the legal criteria for a minority group.

The issue become somewhat more complex, in that, these people, are the remnants of "Israel", which is in Africa. 

These facts, as well as their physical visible expression of their culture, (i.e.  the obvious being their hair being dressed as Dread-locks), puts them at the centre of the cross-hairs of any homosexual, race, religious or cultural extremist or fanatic who feels threatened by these beliefs.

In other words, they have suffered extreme discrimination on all fronts, not only on their race, but have suffered as a consequence of being the last survivors of the most heinous slave trade in human history. Indeed, they are the visible manifestation and legacy of the Black slave trade process.  The Black Holocaust.

Police suspected of Murdering Black British Reggae Singer- Smiley Culture.

Two days ago, the British police claimed that former well-known reggae singer, Smiley Culture, had "committed suicide" during a police raid on his Surrey home.

The Met police, who are notoriously corrupt, told the press, that they had gone to Smiley Cultures home, on a 'tip off'.

I do not condone or promote taking or drug-selling, but there is supposed to be a presumption of innocence until proven guilty. But lets not be distracted, let me tell you a story.

Smiley Culture (whose given name was David Emmanuel) sang a song in the 1980's called "Police Officer". The song was popular among the young, anyone who had experienced police oppression, and was even trendy with 'right on' establishment types.

Part of the lyrics went as follows:

"Police officer, no give me producer. Police officer no give me no producer!"

In those days, anytime a white policeman, (there was no such thing as a Black policeman in those days) saw a Black man driving a car, (especially a smart car) he would go mad, start jumping up and down hysterically, and angrily tell the Black man, to "pull over".

Then the white police man would rip and tear up the insides of the Black man's car, and if challenged, would claim he was "looking for something...and shut up chalky".

When they could not find  'anything', they would start to interrogate the young Black man, by inquiring as to how a "Black man like you" could afford "that kind of car?". The honest answer would normally be "I work".

The policeman would become more and more red-faced with rage, and eventually rage at the Black man, and instruct the Black man to "come into the station...I'm giving you a producer".

This meant, that the working Black man was inconvenienced by having to go into the police station (normally at a time when he should have been at work) with all his personal identifying documents, car-insurance papers, tax papers, plus his passport, plus proof of work.

Once a young Black man was caught in the white policeman's "producer" web, he was bound forever.

From that day onwards, that Black man would be "targeted" by the police, and no week would go by without these Black men, being called into the police station at least three or four days out of seven.

This caused many a Black man to lose his job, or to sell his car for the inconvenience, and even to turn to Rastafari.

Therefore, some Black men, got into the habit of asking the police not to 'give them a producer' (code for please would you mind not inconveniencing me).

Many a Black parent would accept the word of the police over their own children, and they would even throw their own children out of the home, if they were convinced, that the young man had 'embarrassed' them.  Many a Black parent, literally made their son's homeless on hearing that their son had been 'given a producer'. The term they would use was "you have brought shame on us!"

And therefore, Smiley Cultures song was one of the most popular songs of the time. A real social commentary, that even Teddy the MP appreciated.

So you can imagine the reverberations when Black people heard the rubbish spouted by the police, that he had "stabbed himself with a single blow og s knife". This is typical 'murder-by-police' talk.

One of the sinister things that the police used to do to Black men, was to disappear them. Sometimes, parents or girlfriends would be sitting at home fretting if their loved one, was late or 'went missing'. The odds of a Black 'disappearing' if he 'drove, or God help him, if he was young, good-looking and drove a 'stylish' or 'expensive' car. He would be a "target" for the police.

So the term "producer" was not just a reference to having to 'produce' vehicle documentation in the police station, it became synonymous with 'deaths in custody', 'getting a good kicking in the back of the meat wagon -e.g. the possibility of being made sterile by being kicked in the balls by policemen's steel-toed boots, or literally ending up with a long term prison sentence on trumped up charges, including murder or rape.

Getting a 'producer' was a deadly situation.

Hence, when we hear the police tell the world that they raided Smiley's home, and he "stabbed himself", this sounds like some kind of time-warp situation.

Have we gone back to the 1970's and 80's?

The Independent Police Corrupted Commission has been called in to "investigate" the death. What is there to investigate? The police murdered the man - simple!

Name the police officer who drove the knife in, and I'll call that news, otherwise, we are on the hunt for the bastard! Get rid of the IPCC, and lets get it on,

Whether or not David Emmanuel was involved in drugs is neither here nor there to me, I want to knwo who planned his murder, who colluded to cover the murder up, and who in 'High Places" is holding a grundge against him?

Is it Prince Charles or Prince Philip? Both used to hang out in Brixton - who done it?!
